Emperor or King is there a difference? What is a Dynasty?
Emperor: The male sovereign or supreme ruler of an empire. (Female: Empress)
King: A king is a head of state, who may or may not, depending on the style of government of a nation, exercise monarchal powers over a territory, usually called a kingdom or a realm. (Female: Queen)
Dynasty: A sequence of rulers from the same family, stock, or group.
Empire: An empire is an extensive group of states or ethnic peoples united and ruled over by a single monarch or ruling authority; having a strong centralized political power; and a large commercial organization under the control of one person or group within this nation state.
Conquistador is the name given to the Spanish soldiers, leaders, explorers.
Shogun is a military rank and historical title for Hereditary Commanders of Armies in Japan.
Tycoon: From Japanese taikun is a businessperson of great wealth and power.
